4. Do unused minutes carry over to other calls?

Calls do not carry over, if you pay for 10 minutes but only use 8 at the time then the 2 minutes expire and do not roll over towards your next call. But they do count towards your Club Membership. Read about the Players Club Here

5. What if my favorite girl is not availible when I call?

6.  What if I wish to talk for more time than I have already purchased?

As inconvient as it maybe you will have to call dispatch back to pay for a longer time period.

7. What if I do not know how long I will care to speak with my girl?

We can pre authorize your card for more than you think you will spend, it will show up as pending as soon as we run it but you will only be charged the amount you spend. EX: You wish to spend at or near $300, we will run your card but if your call and/or tips add up to only $280 you will only be charged the $280.

8. I'm a new customer, why can't I spend more than $200 in a day?

For fraud prevention reasons, we only allow new customers to spend $200 dollars. After the amount has cleared the spending limit will increase over time as you spend with us as you become an established phone sex addict.

9. I didn't like my call, how do I get a refund?

Unfortunately we do not give refunds being as you can give back our time to us; however, if you feel the call was not up to par, please call the dispatcher back. We will look into the situation and see if a credit can be issued for you to talk to another addictive hottie on our site. So if you paid for a 10 minute call and didn't enjoy it then you could get another 10 with another girl. This will only be valid once a month and you can only get a credit 3 a year.
